Do you ship internationally?

How do I place an order?
Simply select your style from the product page, click the "ADD TO CART" button, and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We'll prepare your order and send you a confirmation email.
I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email… what’s going on?
Please check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you still can't find it, send us a message in the "Contact Us" section on our website.
I ordered multiple items. Why did I receive only one?
Often, when you order multiple items, we use different distribution channels. So, many times, each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. Please don’t panic if you don’t receive everything at once… it’s on its way!
How secure is my personal information?
Every part of our business complies with all 6 categories of PCI compliance standards, which means we adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when paying and shopping in our online store.
Additionally, every page of our store uses SSL encryption technology to protect our customers. You can verify this by looking at the address bar of your browser and seeing "https://" in front of our web address, as well as the padlock icon. This ensures that ALL data is encrypted and secure during browsing and shopping in our store and that nothing leaks out.
What about customs duties?
This depends on your country’s laws. We try to avoid this; however, we are not responsible for any customs charges once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and that customs fees may be charged when they arrive in your country.
Will I receive my item before _________?
If you are planning to gift one of our items for a holiday, we recommend ordering as soon as possible, 2–4 weeks before the holiday date; otherwise, there is a risk that the item will not arrive in time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before the holiday.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order. Note that once an item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we can’t change or cancel your order.
